About the Backyard Circus

Bringing back memories of the days before TV, when kids made up their own fun in their own back yards, more than 30 children can be picked to join the circus. Adults provide support by clapping and cheering.

Costumes drop right over kids’ clothes, and participants are chosen strictly on the basis of enthusiasm. This show strives to maintain a homemade look.

The BYC can be contracted as a stand-alone show, or it can be combined with the Family Puppet Parade, or it can be a central element of a larger family fun environment called “Circus Days: See the Circus / Be the Circus.”
