A favorite folktale on the Caravan, this West African story tells of the exploits of the famous “tricky spider” of Ghana, who must use brains instead of brawn to solve everyday problems. The imaginative masks are made from K-Mart baskets and other found materials. This is a great teaching tool, and an example of homemade creativity. Everybody loves Anansi!
